Our office is closed, all sales closed. We do have some final tickets, some pit walk tickets (Thursday), hotel rooms and VIP Village. You must phone to reserve, and collect at the circuit.
You may also visit our help desk at the StaroBrno Brewery, 1 Mendlovo namesti, to purchase anything. Hours: THU 1600-2000; FRI 1000-1600; SAT 0900-1200.

MotoGP VIP & Hospitality
|
We have made it our mission to turn Brno into a truly VIP event suitable for corporate trips, incentives, and very special occasions (we always get at least one honeymoon couple every year!). First you can be assured that we look after you at all times, and we expect to tailor your itinerary to your exact needs. In addition to organising trackside hospitality and top hotels, we can manage all your ground (and air!) transport - in the past we have done private limos, helicopters, chartered jets, excursions and accommodations in Prague and elsewhere. We can also organise special facilities: for example a team incentive meeting & lunch INSIDE the paddock.
If you are considering the Brno MotoGP against other events or destinations, a huge advantage is its relatively good value for money
We use two of the best hotels in Brno.
Especially for our VIP clients, we bring the top Brno has to offer. Our Deluxe package is based in the charming boutique 16th century hotel Royal Ricc, in the heart of the old town, the top hotel in Brno. You will stay for 3 (or more) nights B&B, with a dedicated VIP minivan taking you directly to the VIP Village (or other location on the track) on Saturday and Sunday (optionally on Friday). On Friday night we host a small VIP reception, and then we will take you up to the track for the big opening party. If you attend the Charity.GP (separate cost) on Saturday we will take you there as well as put you in the VIP section. Finally, Sunday night you join our traditional Moravian closing dinner and wine tasting at the beautiful Vinarna U Kralovny Elisky. We round the package out with our special Brno 2008 embroidered polo shirt, and a very special gift for our VIP customers. Of course our expert VIP guide is available for any assistance. Upgrade to suite is available.

Our Grand package is especially for customers demanding top quality, but can only stay 2 nights. You will stay at the landmark hotel of Brno - the Grand hotel. The hotel is across from the main train station in the heart of Brno and has been newly renovated complete with air conditioning. This is one of the hotels of choice for many teams and MotoGP VIPs, with whom you are bound to rub shoulders in the bar. Friday evening we have a small VIP reception, then we take you to the track for our big opening party. Saturday and Sunday our dedicated coach will take you directly to the VIP Village, hospitality area or grandstands; and we run a courtesy shuttle from the hotel to our Saturday night Charity.GP gala. The package comes with our top quality Brno 2008 polo shirt, programme, cap and more; and our dedicated guide will be on hand at the Grand to help you with any needs. Space is very limited, book early. Some deluxe rooms are available.

If you only spring for one VIP this year, make it Brno. The best value & most fun of the tournament, especially if you join us. As in 2007 we will have a private area at the VIP Village, featuring a guest speaker or two to bring you the inside track of MotoGP. We shower you with special gifts and little tidbits to enhance your experience, run some cool contests, and of course our regulars will welcome the return of the Pole Position umbrella girls! At Brno you get the full works: paddock tours, pit lane walks, and the superb service road tours where you take a car around the track service road, even while bikes are racing! The village has super viewing just over the start grid and of course access to the entire circuit. For our 'high flying' guests we arrange helicopter transfer (complete with on-track limo service!); and can provide further corporate facilities, meeting space and more. This will sell out.

So you are a real aficionado, you love Brno, but want a better experience? Want to be in the best viewing spot, but not fight for your ground? Why not join us and have your beer served to you by one of our lovely Czech hostesses instead of queuing up? We have a private trackside hospitality tent situated between T1 & C commanding an awesome view from the top of the 'Stadium' also with TV screen and CCTV so you don't miss a minute of action. Indoor & outdoor seating, with open tap beer, wine & soft drinks, plus breakfast & lunch to keep you going. You have general admission to the entire track for 3 days; and free parking adjacent. Our hostesses are on hand to help you with anything you need. And best of all, we run private Paddock tours giving you a rare opportunity to get a glimpse inside MotoGP! The ticket is ALSO a free entry to our huge Friday night trackside opening party. Tent not catered Friday. A huge hit in 2007, and sure to sell out early.

The event WE all look forward to...! Join us for our 'winding down' friends and family dinner & wine tasting at Vinarna U kralovny Elišky Mendlovo nam. 1. This is a traditional wine restaurant, whose cellar dates from medieval times. We will enjoy a tasting of various Moravian wines in the incredibly atmospheric surroundings, then enjoy a typical Moravian meal (with several options, including vegetarian) with yet more wine...
Welcome drinks from 1900. There will be a traditional folk band. The fee covers the food, tasting and table wine; further consumption or vintage wines will be on a cash basis. The evening is by invitation only, you may ask other to join; please let us know final numbers Saturday. Thanks for your patronage & have a great race weekend!

We make no apologies - our customers are SERIOUS MotoGP fans, and our mission is to give you the ultimate
MotoGP weekend. We get you there early. We are always the last to leave. We bring you results, gossip,
ear plugs, poster tubes, programmes, whatever you need to have the most memorable weekend.
Corporate entertaining or autograph bagging (or both!) the VIP Village is where it happens.
The VIP Village offers:
- Great viewing, in air-conditioned pavilion strategically located (some events have private viewing stands)

sharing a grandstand with 2000 other close colleagues. This is where opportunity knocks. You drive past
people slogging it in on foot (many circuits you go right into the paddock and park). You meet interesting

other celebrities turn up (or you bump into them on the paddock tour). You hear rumours and learn news before
