Valencia MotoGP: The show goes on... Frankly, on Sunday night the last thing we could contemplate is a return to MotoGP in 2 weeks at Valencia. However on Monday we came to the conclusion that Marco would have wanted the 'show to go on' and informal discussions with people in the paddock show that this is the consensus of opinion. A brief exchange we had with probably his best friend in the paddock, Valentino Rossi, confirms that the best thing we can do to honour his memory is to go to Valencia and race our socks off.. We have already scheduled an opening charity party Friday night, we will now preface this with a Marco tribute. This is in addition to all our special guests such as actor Danny John-Jules, Matt Roberts, several riders, etc; and our charity auctions. We strongly urge you to come along: Novotel Palacio des Congressos; Friday from 19:30. Entry (which includes food & drink) is €55; €60 at door space permitting. All profits and proceeds from auction goes to charities Riders for Health and Down Syndrome Ireland. Pre book here We also have a few places remaining in our packages, tickets and VIP; plus possibly up to two Team Experiences to get you inside the team and paddock. See all on our website. The official MotoGP Test on Tuesday is also still on - although we will not be doing it with Team Gresini. We have just a couple of places left on this; book soon! |
We wish to take this opportunity to thank everyone for incredible 2011 MotoGP and SBK seasons. It is people like you that make us love our job. We thank especially all the support that has been directed our way in the wake of the Sepang tragedy. It is times like these that we are reminded that we are more than a business - we are a family. Forza! |
